NCA College of Management, the first college in Nepal to introduce ACCA to Nepali students in Nepal, has set up its liaison office in Pokhara, the capital of Gandaki Pradesh.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Fame International Education Foundation and NCA College of Management, located at Zero Kilo, Pokhara on Monday, April 24. NCA's Pokhara Liaison Office Fame International Education Foundation agreed to stay at Zero Kilo. The MoU was signed by NCA President Suresh Pandit and Fame Education Foundation Principal Bijay Baral.
Addressing the signing ceremony, NCA College President Suresh Pandit said that the students of the area could get first-hand information from the liaison office about the most popular ACCA course in the world. He said that the office was set up for the convenience of the students.
Similarly, Tilak Lamichhane, Director of Fame Education, said that it is a great opportunity to have a liaison office of NCA by trusting his organization. He also urged to be confident that they are committed to promoting ACCA courses in this field.
NCA College has been continuously providing quality ACCA vocational education to Nepali students for the last 18 years. In addition, the college was recognized as an Approved Learning Partner-Gold by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2010 for measuring the quality of teaching and learning. It is the first Gold Status College in Nepal to receive approval from the Ministry of Education to conduct ACCA classes, and ACCA is a Chartered Accountancy course run by The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK
The event was also attended by Narayan Acharya, NCA College Advisor and producer and presenter of Janata Television's ShikshaKa Kura program, Bijay Baral, Principal of Fame Education Foundation, teachers and students of the organization.
