According to the Employees Adjustment Act, 2075, an employee who has been adjusted from the government service to a higher level post in this office will be paid the grade amount prescribed for the current post according to the grade number of the former. In relation to passing the annual salary report of the adjusted employees at the local level; According to the circular dated 2076-05-18 of that ministry, the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General, Jhapa, has not received a letter from the Financial Comptroller General Office verbally to pass the salary report. Isn't it possible for an employee who has been adjusted from the post of Savik to a post one level above the post of Savik from the government service to be paid the grade amount prescribed for the current post according to the grade number of Savik? As per the decision of the Government of Nepal (Secretary level) dated 2077-07-04, it is requested to provide the following instructions from the letter dated 2077-06-08 to provide clear instructions in this regard.
Note:
As there is a clear provision in sub-section (4), (5), (6), (7), and (8) of section 7 of the Employees Adjustment Act, 2075 regarding salary increment (grade), it should be done accordingly.
