In this regard, according to the Employees Adjustment Act, 2075, the employees who have been adjusted at Federal, Province, and local level and recently on the recommendation of the Public Service Commission, other newly appointed employees at the local level have to submit their property details. As some local level employees have to submit the property details for registration in the National Library (Civil Service) without submitting it to the local level where they are working, it has been written that the details will be provided by letter No. 2077-4-7 invoice No. 22 dated 2077-4-7. It is requested to follow the details.
Details:
"Employees of other services who have been adjusted at the state and local level as per the Employees Adjustment Act, 2075 (did not get the employee code number) and employees who have been appointed at the local level (employee code number) as recommended by the Public Service Commission in the fiscal year 2075/76." Also) The Nepal Gazette, Volume 68, 20th Ashad, 2075 (Additional Issue 11) Part 5, the Government of Nepal, the Office of the Prime Minister and the Office of the Council of Ministers as specified in the District Coordinating Committee, Rural Municipality, Municipality, State Government Provision should be made to collect and register the property details as per the provision that the captive envelopes should be submitted to the office of the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers within 30 (thirty) days from the date of registration (60 days) and such property details should be protected and managed by the state government. While working in the civil service, the civil servants who have been adjusted at the union, state, and local levels have started the National Library as usual.
