Subject: Regarding performance appraisal of employees.
As per the circular dated 2077-04-04 of this Ministry, regarding the dilemma arising due to otherwise in the performance appraisal of the fiscal year 2076/77; Pursuant to Sub-section 2 of Section 15 of the Employees Adjustment Act, 2075 BS, the services, conditions and facilities of the employees to be adjusted will be in accordance with the service, conditions and facilities before the adjustment. As mentioned; As per the order, the adjusted employees are requested to fill up the performance appraisal form of the same format as last year and make arrangements to register it in the concerned ministry/commission/secretariat/department/directorate/office.
