MoFAGA Notice for Different Grades of the Employees of the District Technical Office:

Subject: Regarding the different grades of the employees of the District Technical Office.
- Department of Civil Personnel Records (Nijamati) Harihar Bhavan, Lalitpur.
- Office of the District Coordinating Committee, all.
- District Treasury Controller Office, all.
As per the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 2077-01-15 for the employees working in the District Technical Offices which were dismissed from Shrawan in 2074 BS until the dismissal of the office from 2073-04-01; To the technical staff appointed before 2057-04-01 by the circular of the Government of Nepal; It is requested that the decision of the Government of Nepal (Secretary level) dated 2077-07-02 be made as follows regarding the medical treatment, accumulated leave and salary payment due to the different amount of grade at the current rate.
Details: -
1) As the former District Technical Office has been disbanded, due to the technical grade in the facilities available to the retired technical staff who retire from the office by mid-August 2074 BS as per the rules; To send to the Department of Civil Personnel Records (Nijamati) in writing to make arrangements for the payment of the difference amount by issuing the letter to the office of the concerned District Coordinating Committee.
2) To make necessary arrangements to send the employees as per point no. Salary to be paid due to different amounts to be paid from the allocated budget of the current Fiscal Year. If the amount of salary title is not enough, demand an additional budget with a confirmation.
