Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) Notice Regarding Service Facility (Golden Handshake) for Temporary Teachers: Education Science for teachers who have been working continuously as temporary teachers till the 15th of Ashad 2028 (with amendments) in accordance with sub-section 9 of Section 11 (f) of the Education Act 2028 (with amendments) According to the secretarial decision of the Ministry of Technology dated 2074-12-11, notices have been published on various dates in the past and based on that notice, the then temporary teachers have received service facilities (Golden Handshake) and due to the fact that they have not been informed and contacted, some teachers are still exempted from receiving the facilities according to the said Act. Information has been received from some education development and coordination units, related temporary teachers, and teachers' federations and requests have been made to provide facilities according to the same law.
Based on the said demand, among the temporary teachers who have completed the basis for receiving the facility according to sub-section 9 of section 11 f of the Education Act 2028 (with amendments) and who are currently available according to sub-section 10, the following temporary teachers who are exempted from applying due to the fact that they did not receive information according to the previous notification and did not come in contact In order for teachers to get the service facility (Golden Handshake) according to the same Act, the file with the following necessary documents according to the then provisions can be submitted to the National Library (Teachers) within 30 (thirty) days through the relevant Education Development and Coordination Unit, dated 2079-06-12 Actions have been taken according to the decision.
According to the instructions, the details of the teachers who applied for the said facilities along with the necessary documents should be collected and verified within the specified period.
Details
1) Documents to be attached with the application:
a) Copy of citizenship certificate,
b) Certificate of educational qualification of the relevant level,
c) Appointment letter and support letter/documentation letter of the concerned level,
d) In case of transfer, transfer letter, confirmation letter, and attendance information letter,
e) If removed and re-instated in the same or lower position, the letter at the time of removal and when re-instated,
f) A letter certifying that the head of the unit has been working continuously at the relevant level till 2073-3-15,
g) Certified letter of accumulated sick leave,
h) Certified copy of citizenship of next of kin,
2) Basis of computing temporary service for the purpose of granting the facility
a) Temporary appointment on pure vacant posts and working continuously till the last date of application for examination,
b) In the case of a temporary teacher at a lower level and then re-appointed as a temporary teacher at a higher level, if the service period is continuous, the service period of the last survey up to the last date of applying for the upper level examination and the service period of the lower level of the service period up to twenty years will be calculated. and when providing the facility, the period of the relevant level will be calculated from the prevailing rate of the relevant level, and in the case of a temporary appointment at the upper level and then re-appointment as a temporary teacher at the lower level, if the service is continuous, all the service period up to the last date of application for the last level examination and the previous To calculate the service period from the service period of the upper level up to the period that does not reach twenty years of service period and when providing the facility, to provide it based on the prevailing rate of the respective level of the period of the respective level,
c) The period from the date of appointment to the last date of application for the examination in case of temporary appointment under the Basic and Primary Women Education Project and temporary continuous employment.
d) The period from the date of appointment to the last date of application for the examination in case of temporary appointment in the lien position of the approved post.
e) The period from the date of appointment to the last date of application for the examination in the case of a teacher who has been temporarily appointed to a lien post of a teacher appointed as a resource person,
f) In the case of substitute or temporary teachers who were terminated after the date 2073-03-15 due to the filling up of the post of permanent teachers, the continuous service period up to the date of termination of appointment.
g) In the case of those who have retired from the post of temporary teacher after 03-15-2073 due to the age limit, the continuous service period from the date of receiving a temporary appointment in lien or in lieu of the regularized post or the lien of the regularized post until the date of retirement from the age limit,
h) In the case of teachers who resigned or died after receiving a temporary appointment in lien or lien or in lieu of a vacant post, they were employed until 2073-03-15. continuous service period,
j) In the case of continuously employed resource persons appointed as temporary resource persons, the period from the date of temporary appointment to the last date of application for examination,
