The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has informed the candidates not to take their mobile phones to the examination hall. The Teachers' Commission is conducting competitive examinations for school level secondary, lower secondary, primary, and internal competitions. The commission has stated that most of the examinees had to carry the information even though it was mentioned in the admission card that the examinees were not allowed to take their mobile phones with them when they went to the examination hall.
In the information made public by the commission, it has warned that if electronic devices including mobile phones are not taken along in the work of making the examination officers, it may be confiscated from the employees at the examination center.
The commission has also directed the staff to be deployed in the examination centers to make necessary arrangements accordingly.
The commission is conducting examinations for more than 17,000 vacant posts at various levels. The secondary level examination will be held on Tuesday, the lower secondary level examination will be held on Thursday, the primary level examination will be held on the 19th and the internal promotion examination will be held on the 21st.
