Subject: Regarding Job Description:
According to the decision of this center, the Assessment Coordinator working under that district has to collect the statistics of the children with disabilities, facilitate the proper distribution of services facilities, including the scholarship of the children, and reporting and reporting works should be done at the district level until further provision. Office Head or Designated Contact Dhikrtako approved the recommendation of the Education Development and Coordination Unit Chief hasty action proceedings following the decision of the functioning of the arrangements set is requested.
The job description of the Assessment Coordinator
1) Conduct data collection, analysis, storage and reporting of children with disabilities.
2) Coordination with local-level education and sports department, school principal, resource teachers and selection and evaluation of children.
3 ) To conduct a monthly inspection of the district-run source class / special school / integrated school and submit a report on the student's learning status, educational material, student accommodation, kitchen room, food quality.
4) To recommend that the identified children be enrolled in a related resource room or other schools.
5) Co-ordinate support in providing access to Student Concession Services (scholarships) to children with disabilities on an access basis.
6) Supporting Resource Teachers to develop a personalized educational plan for children with special needs
7) To provide appropriate counseling and counseling services to children with disabilities and their parents.
8) To undertake necessary consultations, meetings, and interactions with the principal, source teachers on issues of student access, teaching, and regularity.
9) To prepare district profiles in the prescribed format based on the local level records/statistics of the children studying in the source room and the children with disabilities in other classes.
10) To conduct short term inclusive education training programs, participate in programs run by the government and non-governmental organizations in the field of disability, coordinate and cooperate.
11) Prepare the details of the associated organizations working on disability at the local level/district, coordinate and facilitate programs run by the organizations.
12) To make the Accounting Center informative, content-oriented and to organize the records.
13) To coordinate with the working organizations of the field for the functioning of sports, recreation and talent recognition of students with disabilities.
14) To coordinate and cooperate with different agencies to conduct the activities of performing, producing, performing arts, literature, music, and dance produced by them from time to time for the development of all-around children with disabilities.
15) Formation of Local Student Student Assessment Technical Team, assisting and facilitating technical matters related to accounting.
16) When performing tasks in your area of work, coordinate with the state and federal agencies as per the local level requirement and submit the report of the work performed and submit it to the branch/dex to view the same level of disability program.
17) To carry out the above-mentioned work, the working of the office/body of the working office or the designated liaison officer shall be done according to the action plan approved by the head of the Education Development and Coordination Unit. After execution, the report must be submitted to the designated level/body/officer.
