Procedure for setting up a Laboratory of Information, Communication Technology - ICT in a community school - 2076
Role:
The rapid development of information and communication technologies has transformed the world into a global village. With information and technology playing an important role in achieving the goals of Tiga development, information and communication practices have changed the way social interaction and public relations flow. Through information and technology, there has been an attempt to make educational interaction effective and to facilitate quality education. In order to achieve the goals of education, technology is poised to be utilized. Information technology or working hours have been imposed as technology plays a vital role in achieving a return on investment in education.
Under the School Area Development Program, ICT in Education has been designated as a cross-cutting component. According to the goal of establishing ICT Labs in 1000 schools this year, the procedure for establishing ICT Labs has been prepared this year as per the goal of expanding the information and communication facilities at the school level by extending 11211201 facilities at the school level.
Key objectives of the procedure:
- Focusing on educational activities, utilizing grants received in schools;
- Creating an opportunity to develop human resources through ICT,
- Assist in promoting good governance in schools,
- Develop and expand ICT infrastructure,
- To restore student access to ICT,
- Provide internet access to schools,
- Using ICT in Teaching Learning.
