Ministry of Education Forms Committee to Investigate Equivalence Certificate Procedures
The Ministry of Education has formed a committee to investigate the equivalence certificates. Spokesperson and Joint Secretary Keshav Prasad Dahal informed that the committee has been established to investigate the procedures to be followed while providing equivalence certificates issued by the Curriculum Development Centre under the ministry, as well as the related processes and fees.
According to Spokesperson Dahal, a three-member committee has been formed under the coordination of the Deputy Director General of the Centre for Education and Human Resource Development. The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, through a press release, stated that the committee has been given a timeframe of seven days to submit a report with recommendations, following a ministerial-level decision. This issue was raised by members during the House of Representatives meeting on the 6th of Shrawan.
