For All Education Development and Coordination Unit:

Education development and coordination units should provide necessary support and facilitation to schools and local levels within the district regarding the operation of the student enrollment program.

Moreover, local FM should arrange for broadcasting awareness information and advertisements related to student admission in the local language through local level media, including radio. Non-governmental organizations active at the local level should also be mobilized to identify and encourage school-age children who are out of school to enroll them.

Proper identification and respect of the person who takes guardianship of orphaned children and enrolls them, and who wishes to continuously support the education of such children, should be made. The community learning centers operating within their area should also be mobilized in data collection of out-of-school children, publicity, communication, and coordination about the time, place, and procedure of admission, etc.

Local levels should send the report with the age details of the children enrolled in the school due to the enrollment campaign to the relevant education development and coordination unit. They should also enroll 100% of school-age children in their area on time and self-declare that there are no out-of-school children immediately after enrollment.

For All School:

Schools should conduct the student admission program in the month of 2080 Baisakh by deciding from the meeting of the management committee. They should admit and welcome the children who come for admission immediately and provide free textbooks.

To spread awareness about student admission, schools should use mediums like the nearest FM, radio, social media, local fairs, etc., within their service area. The schools operating classes 11 and 12 should also conduct activities such as collecting the data of school children within their service area, identifying the reasons and problems for them to be out of school, door-to-door for school admissions, performing street plays, as an experimental work.

In the case of student enrollment and guardianship of the person who enrolls, schools should keep the record in a systematic manner and communicate it to the local level. They should also designate a teacher as the contact person for the student admissions program to be responsible for information, communication, and coordination.

Overall, by enrolling all school-age children, we can ensure that they receive quality education. Therefore, all education development and coordination units, local levels, and schools should work together to make the student admission program successful.
