Since the meeting held on 08-29-2079 of the partner evaluation committee decided to demand technical and financial proposals from the organizations listed for printing and distribution (shipping) of braille textbooks for school level (grades 1 to 12); This notification has been published to include the following topics and submit the technical and financial proposal to Education and Human Resource Development Center, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur within 15 days. This notification also informs that no action will be taken on the proposals that are not received within the deadline, and it is also informed that financial proposals will be opened only for organizations that get 60 percent marks in the technical proposal evaluation.

Documents to be attached with technical proposal
- Tax registration certificate (including tax payment certificate) or in case of non-taxation,
- Braille textbook printing experience,
- Manpower details (including regular or contractual) for braille textbook printing;
- Braille Textbook Printing and Production Arrangement and production capacity of Braille (Braille Printing Press),
- Estimated time to produce and distribute Braille,
- An action plan with a basis for distributing Braille textbooks,
- Monitoring mechanisms and reporting arrangements to ensure that Braille textbooks reach the hands of visually impaired students.
Documents to be attached with the financial proposal
- Per set cost rate per class including printing and distribution (shipping) – (classes 1 to 12, excluding optional subjects of classes 9 to 12),
- Cost rate per subject for Class 9 and 10 Optional First and Optional Second Paper including printing and delivery (shipping),
- Cost (percentage and amount) borne by the organization per set in partnership for printing and distribution (shipping) of Braille textbooks
