Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Education and Human Resource Development Center to distribute Braille textbooks free of cost to all blind students. Associations / Institutions / Bodies interested in printing and distributing Braille textbooks in partnership will be listed or published with the following documents within 15 days from the date of publication of this information to the Education and Human Resource Development Center, Internal Administration Branch It is also informed that no action will be taken on the documents that have not reached the deadline.

Documents to be attached
1) Certificate of organization registration,
2) Permanent Accounts Number (Income Tax Registration) Renewal Proof of its conduct if it is an institution established without tax, and Tax Payment Certificate of FY 2076/077 if it is a taxable institution,
3) Evidence of at least 3 years’ experience in Braille textbook production and distribution,
4) Manpower details for Braille textbook production, Braille textbook printing and production, arrangement (including number) of Braille (Braille printing house) and production capacity,
6) Concept Note of the organization should be attached at least 2 pages on the method, procedure and method of performing the work.
