Midwestern University Examination Management Office Surkhet, Nepal notice to fill the form to participate in the second convocation ceremony.
To attend the second convocation ceremony of Midwestern University, undergraduate, postgraduate, philosophy (MPhil) from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Technology and Faculty of Engineering till Magh 29, 2078 (February 12, 2022) and also completed the PhD level within the same period.
Interested students who have passed the level and obtained transcript within the same period are advised to fill the application form distributed by the Examination Management Office and submit it by 5:00 pm on February 3, 2078 (February 15, 2022).
Documents required to be submitted along with the application form:
(1) Certificate of Nepali citizenship in case of indigenous students and a copy of passport in case of foreign students.
(2) A copy of the transcript.
(3) Two copies of MRP size photo.
(4) Gross voucher of the prescribed fee deposited in the account no. 028004311C of this Midwestern University Examination Management Office at Nepal Bangladesh Bank, Surkhet branch.
Students wishing to attend the graduation ceremony will have to pay the following fees.

Note:
- One parent may be involved in the graduation ceremony. An additional fee of Rs. 500 (non-refundable) will be charged if the parent is also involved.
