Notice Regarding the Design of the Emblem (Logo) for the Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province (PPSC Madhesh Pradesh - Madhesh Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog)
The Provincial Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham, has announced a public notice following the decision made on 2081/05/14 BS to initiate the process for creating and using an emblem (logo) for the commission.
The logo will be selected through an open competitive process, and the designer of the selected logo will be awarded a cash prize of NPR 40,000/- (inclusive of tax) (in words: Forty Thousand Rupees Only) and a certificate.
Interested individuals are requested to submit their logo design along with the required documents, adhering to the conditions mentioned below, within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this notice, during office hours, either at the commission's office in Janakpurdham or via email at [email protected].
Conditions:
- The logo must incorporate a symbolic representation reflecting the identity of Madhesh Province.
- The emblem (logo) should have a maximum diameter of three (3) cm.
- It should include a symbol indicating knowledge.
- The design must embody the core values of the Public Service Commission (merit, impartiality, integrity, and inclusiveness).
- The logo must be designed in alignment with the functions of the Provincial Public Service Commission.
- The logo should be artistic and scalable.
- All rights to the selected logo will be vested in the commission, and the designer will not be allowed to use it elsewhere.
- The commission reserves all rights concerning the selection or non-selection of the logo.
- If the evaluation committee suggests modifications, the designer must submit a revised design for approval.
- If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, proposals can be submitted on the next working day within office hours. Proposals submitted after the deadline or not in proper form will not be considered.
Documents to be Submitted with the Logo Proposal:
- One colored and one black-and-white print on A4 paper.
- A soft copy of the design on a pen drive or sent to the above-mentioned email address of the commission.
- A copy of the designer’s Nepali citizenship certificate.
- A self-declaration stating that the design is original and not a copy of someone else's work.
- An explanatory note detailing the reasons for the symbols, colors, shapes, and fonts used in the design.
