"

It is mentioned that the Constitution and Local Government Operations Act will meet the staff required by the state Public Service Commission for the local level.
Even now, in the ministry, 55 local levels have applied for staff recruitment by advertising in about 300 posts. Spokeswoman Baral said, "The Provincial Public Service Commission will also fulfill the advertisement sent to the ministry at that local level."
Due to a large number of local staff inadequate after the Employee Integration Act, all the employees will be fulfilled within this year, the ministry said. The government said that 23,000 employees at the local level would be inadequate when conducting a local level organization and management survey (ONM). The government had adjusted 98,568 employees at all levels in the staff adjustment process.
