Last Day to Apply for Right Share of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited:
Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited has 52,41,197 ordinary shares at the face value of Rs. 100 per share in the ratio of one share equal to one new zero point five (1: 0.5) shares for the existing shareholders till 2077-12-8. Since the issue and sale have been open since 2078-1-6, and the last date to submit the application for the purchase of the right shares is today, 2078-2-2.
The remaining shareholders are requested to submit their application for the right share purchase by today, 2078-2-2, by banking time.
The place to purchase the right shares, to receive the application, and to pay the amount along with the application:

- Muktinath Capital Limited, Hattisar Marg, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
- Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited, Branch Offices: Itahari, Ilam, Pokhara, Nagdhunga, Narayangarh, Surkhet, Nepalganj, Dhangadhi and Janakpur.
- Banks and financial institutions participating in ASBA services can also apply through the C-ASBA system with permission from Nepal Securities Board, and C-ASBA using the software MeroShare online developed by CDS & Clearing Limited. Applications can be submitted through the system.
