Kumari Bank to Acquired Deva Bikas Bank and Integrated Transaction:
Notice about the commencement of consolidated transaction in the name of Kumari Bank Ltd. from 2077-03-28 after the acquisition of Deva Bikas Bank Ltd. by Kumari Bank Ltd.
The special general meeting of Kumari Bank Ltd. held on Monday 2077-02-19 and the annual meeting of Deva Bikas Bank Ltd. held on Monday 2077-02-19 in connection with the acquisition of “A” class license by Nepal Rastra Bank. As per the decision of the General Assembly, the final approval has been received from Nepal Rastra Bank on 2077-03-10. All the assets of Bikas Bank Ltd. will be consolidated in the name of Kumari Bank Limited (English Bank Kumari Bank Limited). This information has been published for the information of regulatory bodies and all concerned.
We would also like to inform you that the registered office of Kamari Bank Ltd. to be built after the acquisition will be located in the former Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Ward No. 2, Tangal.
