Kathmandu Metropolitan City Announces Public Service Exam Preparation Program
Kathmandu Metropolitan City's Social Development Department has invited quotations to conduct public service preparation classes for residents. This initiative, part of the city’s annual program for the fiscal year 080/081, aims to equip aspirants for various governmental positions, including Kharidar, Nayab Subba (NaSu), and Section Officer.
Invitation to Educational Institutions and Organizations
The Department invites proposals from organizations, firms, or companies registered within Kathmandu Metropolitan City. The call for submissions includes the need for a comprehensive quote covering the entire course duration, inclusive of VAT.
Submission Deadline and Requirements
The deadline for submission of proposals is set for 15 days from the issue date of the notice (2080/10/06). Interested parties are required to submit:
- Photocopies of all institutional certificates, including by-laws, registration certificates, audit reports, tax payment certificates, and PAN registration certificates.
- Evidence of at least five years of experience in the relevant field.
- A list of institutions with a pass percentage of 10% or more over the past three years.
Evaluation of Proposals
The Department will evaluate proposals based on compliance with the stated requirements, the competitiveness of the rates offered, and the track record in conducting similar training programs.
