Judicial Service Commission Transferred 212 Section Officers and Under Secretaries

The Judicial Service Commission (Nyaya Sewa Aayog) of Nepal, led by Chief Justice Vishwambhar Prasad Shrestha, has orchestrated a significant transfer of more than 212 employees, including seven undersecretaries. This strategic move, executed in a meeting on January 9, 2024, is part of an effort to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the judicial system. The decision, supported by prominent figures such as the Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, the Senior Judge, the Public Service Commission Chairman, and the Attorney General, reflects a commitment to optimizing judicial operations and improving service delivery.
