Itihas Shiromani Baburam Acharya National Award 2079 Notice: Recognizing Contributions to Nepali History
The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of Nepal, is pleased to announce the "Itihas Shiromani Baburam Acharya National Award, 2079" for the fiscal year 2079/080. This prestigious award aims to honor individuals or organizations that have made significant contributions in the field of Nepali history.
Basic Genre and Area of the Award
The award will be dedicated to individuals or organizations that have played a pivotal role in social transformation through exploratory study, research, and dissemination of Nepali history. It also recognizes those who have conducted exceptional research on the distinguished contributions made by Shiromani Baburam Acharya.
Application and Recommendation Process
Eligible individuals or organizations are requested to submit their applications within 15 days from the date of this notice. Applications should be sent to the Culture Division of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation or Nepal Pragya Pratishthan, Kamaladi. To ensure a comprehensive review, applicants must provide necessary details and documents, as outlined below:
- Details of Person/Organization: Name, Surname, Mother's/Father's name, husband/wife name, contact address, E-mail, phone/mobile.
- Copy of Certificate of Nepali Citizenship.
- Two copies of passport-size photographs.
- Details of published masterpieces, if applicable (one copy if possible).
- In case of no published works, other materials, publications, documents, if any.
Please note that while recommendations are welcome, the award selection committee will consider them for informational purposes only.
