The IPO application of Green Ventures Limited can be submitted from 22 March 2022 (8th Chaitra 2078) to March 25, 2022 (11th Chaitra 2078).
Green Ventures has issued 3.125 million ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 per share. Out of the total shares issued, 3 percent or 93,750 shares have been reserved for employees and 5 percent or 156,250 shares will be distributed to collective investment funds. The general public will be able to apply for the remaining 2.87 million shares.
The eviction shutdown will be on March 26 at the earliest and on March 7 at the latest. Applications for the IPO can be submitted by all C-ASWA member banks and financial institutions and their branch offices approved by the Nepal Securities Board.
Laxmi Capital Market Limited is the manager of the share issue and sale of Green Ventures. Investors will have to apply for a minimum of 10 lots of shares and a maximum of 50,000 lots.
CARE Rating Nepal has given CARE-NP BB (Is) rating to Green Ventures Company in the rating given for the IPO issue. This indicates a moderate risk in the company's ability to bear responsibility.
