Government Reduces Price of Petrol, Diesel, and Kerosine: Prices of petroleum products have declined. As per the decision of the ruling coalition, the Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced the price of petroleum products.
The Board of Directors meeting held on Saturday has decided to reduce the price. The corporation has reduced the price of petrol by Rs 20 and diesel and kerosene by Rs 29.
Accordingly, the price of petrol will be fixed at Rs 179 and that of diesel and kerosene at Rs 163. The reduced price will be effective from 12 noon tonight, the corporation said.
A meeting of the ruling coalition held this morning had decided to reduce the price of petroleum products by cutting taxes.
