Election Commission, Nepal Kantipath, Kathmandu The notice called for application for observation of local level election, 2079: National Institutions wishing to observe Local Level Elections, 2079. Observe the National Institutions at www.observer.election.gov.np in the format as per Schedule 2 of the Election Observation Directive, 2078 with the following documents for observation permission in the Commission within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. This information has been published for the information of all concerned regarding the application process as per the permission process.
Documents to be attached with the application:
(A) Copy of Institution Registration Certificate,
(B) a copy of the constitution of the institution,
(C) a copy of the institution renewal certificate,
(D) List of office bearers of the working committee of the organization,
(E) Evidence of experience of national/international election observation,
(F) the brochures, booklets, manuals, or any other publications prepared by the organization in relation to supervision.
(G) Evidence of submitting an election observation report to the Commission if election observation has been done before.
Note: Election observation will not be allowed to an organization that has been convicted for election-related offenses or violating the election code of conduct, or to an organization that has not previously obtained permission for election observation and submits an observation report.
