Eight Nepali Cricketers Listed in IPL 2021 Auction:
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has shortlisted eight players to participate in the auction process of the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The auction of players for the upcoming edition of the IPL will begin on February 18, 2021.
The deadline for listing players in the IPL was Friday. Accordingly, 1,097 players have been listed. 814 Indian and 283 overseas players have been listed in the auction process for the first time, according to the IPL.
Eight players, including Sandeep Lamichhane and Binod Bhandari, have been sent to participate in the upcoming edition of the Premier League. Eight players have been listed. Listed in the IPL auction are Sandeep Lamichhane, Binod Bhandari, Karan KC, Sompal Kami, Kushal Malla, Sharad Bheshavkar, Avinash Bohara, and Dipendra Singh Airy.
Lamichhane has already played in the Premier League from Nepal. In addition, seven players will participate in the auction process for the first time. As Lamichhane has been released by Delhi Capitals, he will also participate in the auction process this time.
A total of eight teams will participate in the upcoming edition of the Premier League. Some players who have played in the past have not shown interest in playing in the Premier League this time.
