Dordi Khola Hydropower and Manushi Laghubitta Under Process to Issue IPO:

Dordi Khola Hydropower Company and Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have sought permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue an IPO.

Manushi Laghubitta has sought permission to issue 3,93,750 units of IPOs at a face value of Rs 100 per share, equivalent to Rs 39.37 million. Manushi Laghubitta's IPO issuance and sales manager is Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited.

Similarly, Dordi Khola Hydropower Company has also sought permission to issue 29,51,929 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share, equivalent to Rs 295,192,900.

Siddhartha Capital Limited is the IPO issuer and sales manager of Dordi Khola Hydropower Company.

The IPO of both the companies will come up for sale after getting permission from the SEBON.
