Very Important Information on Transfer of Teaching Institutions at the Diploma and Certificate Levels and Submitting Applications for Continuing Studies and Credit Transfer.
The councils have partnerships, partnerships, government/community schools, and privately run teaching institutions.
This information is for all information related to registration of application by fulfilling the following conditions in the Council, Examination Control Office within the office hours, if the students wishing to transfer, credit transfer, study continuity and change the program in various educational programs of diploma and certificate level.
Terms:
- The educational institutions under the Council must have registered at the Council, Examination Control Office for study in any educational program.
- Students studying in the Council, Partnerships, Community Education Institutions can be transferred to the respective educational institutes only.
- Students studying in private educational institutions may only transfer to other private teaching institutions.
- The reason for the transfer should be to submit an open document.
- The student will have to submit the consent form of both the educational institutions wanting to study and transfer. The quota blank in the educational institution that wants to be transferred and the certified examination application for the last year/semester final examination must be submitted in full.
- The same quota (scholarship, full fee, targeted class, and professorship) that students enrolled in when they die.
- Only the quota will be transferred to the individual.
- No consent of transfer of education institution/continuation of study will be given to the students who failed in the internal assessment exam.
- For the continuation of the study, the concerned student must be registered no later than 3 and the course has not been modified.
- Candidates studying for credit transfer will have to submit a copy of the study institution's consent letter and certificate of passing program and submit the applicant's original application.
