Second National Conference of Public Service Commissions on 2078 Falgun 23rd and 24th at Rupandehi, Lumbini Province Decisions:
1) To maintain uniformity between the organizational structure and branch details of the Provincial Public Service Commission in order to perform its functions in a manner that maintains confidentiality and credibility as per the essence of competency, fairness, and impartiality of the Public Service Commission.
2) Provisions regarding the dignity of the Chairperson and members of the Public Service Commission and the Province Public Service Commission determined by the Government of Nepal on 16th Baishakh 2076; and to demand from the Government of Nepal to review the prevailing legal system, the process of appointment and dismissal and the responsibilities to be borne.
3) To take initiative to maintain uniformity in the examination fee and remuneration of the Provincial Public Service Commission and the rate approved by the Public Service Commission.
4) In order to make the examination management effective while preparing the annual work schedule of each financial year, the Provincial Public Service Commissions shall publish it as soon as possible.
5) No age limit for permanent employees working in the posts of Federal Civil Service, Province Civil Service, and Local Government Service; Candidates who have been prosecuted by any public service are not allowed to apply in the examination conducted by all the public service commissions; The issue of not being allowed to be a candidate for the same level post in Antar Pradesh; To take initiative to make necessary arrangements in the law related to the service and the Public Service Commission and the Province Public Service Commission Act on the basis and criteria of professional development of the employees.
6) To establish an integrated information system to exchange necessary information between the Public Service Commission and the Provincial Public Service Commissions
7) The Province and local levels in accordance with the existing legal system; Action will be taken to cancel the promotions, promotions, upgrades, and other works done without completing the mandatory process as per the prevailing law by the concerned Provincial Public Service Commissions.
8) To continue the National Conference of Public Service Commissions on 23rd and 24th of Falgun every year.
9) For the assistance in successfully concluding the Second National Conference under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Chairman of the Public Service Commission, Madhav Prasad Regmi; Expressing heartfelt gratitude and thanks to all, including the former Hon'ble Chairperson of the Commission and the concerned civil servants and friends who will be in charge of the management of the conference.
