The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has made progress towards establishing affiliated schools in Madhyabindu Municipality of Nawalparasi (Bardghat Sustapur). In a meeting held on Ashoj 2, 2079, the council decided to establish a Navjagaran polytechnic Institute in Madhyabindu Municipality of Nawalparasi (Bardghat Susta Purba) under Gandaki province.

Bhimalal Adhikari, the city head of Madhyabindu Municipality, has confirmed that the process, including land acquisition, has been initiated for the establishment of Navajagaran Multi-Technical School as a physical education center of the council in Madhyabindu. The council sent a letter to the Madhyabindu Municipality on January 20th requesting a clear study of the number of students, employment opportunities, land, buildings, physical infrastructure conditions, possible subject identification, and the process of land acquisition for the educational institution's establishment. They have been asked to submit a report.

The municipality has leased five bighas of land located at Madhyabindu Municipality-6 of Navajagaran Model Secondary School to Navajagaran Polytechnic Institute. The land will be established as a religious school of CTEVT, and the land will be purchased through the municipality itself for the construction of additional administrative and other necessary infrastructure.

Until the school is established at Madhyabindu-6, teaching will be conducted from the school by repairing the old physical structure in Madhyabindu-7 Chormara Bazar of Navjagaran Model Secondary School. After the management of the land and physical infrastructure by the school and the municipality, the Navjagaran polytechnic school will be operated by CTEVT under its own management. Although CTEVT has given affiliation to educational institutions in various places of the district for the conduct of technical subjects, it is going to run a religious school for the first time in the district under its management.

In the first phase of the Polytechnic Institute, studies will be conducted in the faculties of agriculture, Plant Science, Animal Science, and Forestry. CTEVT has also stated that technical matters of further doubts will be conducted based on the need. The work is being done by giving priority to multi-technical schools to start studies from the next academic session.
