CTEVT Urgent Notice: Study Continuation and Transfer Guidelines for Diploma and PCL Programs

This notice is for students enrolled in various diploma and certificate programs under CTEVT’s affiliated, partnership, and private institutions. Suppose students wish to continue their studies or transfer institutions. In that case, they must apply with valid reasons by Sunday, 2081-08-09, during office hours, meeting the specified requirements and attaching the documents listed below.
This notice is published as per the Examination Committee’s decision on 2081-07-08. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be processed.
1. For Study Continuation:

Registered students who have discontinued their studies for valid reasons can apply to continue within the course timeframe.

Documents Required:

Copy of the CTEVT registration card.

Agreement letter showing the availability of a scholarship or full fee quota at the desired institution.

Applications must be made to the institution where studies were discontinued.

A letter confirming quota availability from the desired institution and the previous academic year’s internal assessment sheet verified by the institution.

Institutional Responsibility: Institutions recommending study continuation must ensure the student’s placement is within available quota slots.

Non-Compliance: If students continue without proper agreement, they will not be eligible for final examinations, and the institution will bear responsibility.
2. For Student Transfer:

Application Requirements: Trainees seeking transfers must provide clear reasons in their applications.

Eligibility for Transfer:

Annual System: Students in the first or second year.

Semester System: First-year second-semester or second-year first-semester students.

Required Documents:

Copy of the CTEVT registration card.

Agreement letter indicating scholarship or full fee quota availability, confirmation of quota at the accepting institution, and internal assessment sheet certified by the institution.

Transfer Limitations: Transfers are allowed only within the same institution type (affiliated, partnership, community, or private).

Exclusion: Transfer approvals will not be granted to students who have failed internal assessment exams.
Important Note
All documents and procedures must be dated after the Examination Control Office publishes this notice. No recommendations will be accepted for discontinued curriculum programs.
