Notice regarding renewal of Diploma / Certificate Level, Technical SLC and Short Term Training Programs Online

Diploma and Certificate Level, Technical SLC in the current academic session 076/77 with coordination/approval from the private sector. Educational Institutions and Short-term Training Institutions who have submitted self-assessment form online to the Technical Division by conducting level programs and renewing the program online for the upcoming FY 2077/078 by fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the details and regular fees till 2077-04-11 and 2077-04-18 with double fee. All the information related to applying online for renewal notice has been published.
Documents that must be attached when renewing -
- Copy of the card renewed in the academic session 2076/077.
- Copy of tax payment certificate up to Fiscal Year 2075/076.
- Copy of the letter renewing the organization for the fiscal year 2076/077 from the registered office.
- A copy of the letter if the organization has been relocated, renamed, program adjusted, and ownership transferred.
- A copy of the acceptance agreement with details of opening the number of beds in the renewed hospital in the case of the program to be used in the hospital for experimental practice.
- Form filled with necessary data for the Training Management Information System (TMIS) of Information and Research Division.
- Renewal fee mentioned in the details so that the name of the concerned organization is clear; Original copy of bank voucher deposited in CTEVT office Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Current Account No. 173000000976.
Programs, Per Program Renewal Fee:
- For certificate / diploma level Rs. 30,000 | - An additional Rs. 10,000) - per program
- For Technical SLC Rs. 10,000) - and an additional Rs. 9,000 - per program
- For short term training programs, Rs. 1,000 / - per program
TMIS Fee: Rs. 2,000
- A certified scan copy with the seal of the concerned institution in all the above-mentioned documents should be uploaded in the link at the CTEVT website www.ctevt.org.np.
- Educational institutions that have not applied for online self-assessment form should apply online for renewal along with self-assessment form. Institutions that do not renew even within the stipulated time period will not be allowed to run the program.
- In the case of a short term training program, affiliation approval has been obtained within 2075 BS. Institutions that have been renewed regularly by 2076/07 should renew the program online. In the case of others, the old organizations which have not been renewed or have not been regularized so far with the affiliation approval should submit the application along with the required documents to the office.
- The programs of such organizations will not be renewed if the uploaded documents are found to be misunderstood or crimped.
- After verifying the documents included in the application, only the details of the eligible institutions will be sent to the Examination Controller's Office with the recommendation.
- In order to complete the current educational programs in the institutions running health programs, the council will have to renew them. Arrangements for admission of new students will be as decided later in consultation with the National Medical Education Commission.
- In case of discrepancy in the details sent by the educational institution that the minimum infrastructures as per the criteria prescribed for the program are correct, the concerned institution will be responsible for it.
- The final decision regarding the renewal of the institution and admission of students will be vested in the council office.
