Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Announces Online Equivalence Form Submission

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has released a significant update regarding the transition to an online submission method for the equivalence forms. This move is aligned with the global trend of adopting digitization in education to offer streamlined services to all stakeholders.

Official Notice for Equivalence Online Form Submission

The notice, dated 2080/04/12, hails from the Curriculum Development and Equivalence Determination Division of CTEVT. This marks a significant change in the process of equivalence determination for pre-diploma and diploma/certificate level technical subjects acquired either domestically or internationally.

Previously, these services were rendered offline. However, starting from 1st Bhadra 2080, the CTEVT requires all students and relevant stakeholders to fill and submit these forms online. The council has emphasized that any other services related to equivalence will be only provided after the completion of this required process.

Process for Online Submission of Equivalence Form

To initiate the online form submission process, stakeholders need to scan the QR code provided in the official notice. This will allow them to log in and access the online form. Stakeholders are urged to read and fill the form accurately, ensuring the information provided is current and valid.

For more detailed information related to this change, visit the official website of the CTEVT - www.ctevt.org.np. You will find comprehensive instructions and guidelines on this new policy and the process involved.

This initiative by the CTEVT is expected to optimize the process and improve efficiency for both the council and the students. Stakeholders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with this new system and adopt it for all future equivalence determinations.
