From the letter of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (School Education Branch) "As the examination schedule for Secondary Education Pass (Class 12) has been published by the National Examination Board from 2077-08-09 to 2077-08-16;
Since the decision was taken by the Hon'ble Minister on 2077-07-19 to direct the education development and units to facilitate the operation and management of the examination as follows and to make arrangements for the monitoring of its implementation from the center; As per the decision, it is requested to do as per the instructions.
A) To make arrangements for the annual examination of class 12 to be conducted on 2077-08-09 to 2077-08-16 by coordinating between the concerned school and the office of the board for the management of the answer scripts and question papers provided by the National Examination Board.
B) To send the report to the National Examination Board after inspecting and monitoring the examination.
C) To provide necessary assistance to the concerned schools in the examination of answer scripts of the examinations.
D) To facilitate the conduct of examinations as per the information and instructions received from the Virtual Awareness Program to be given by the Board to the principals of the schools (examination centers) and the staffs taking the examinations before conducting the examinations.
