Class 12 Exam Scheduled from Mangsir 9 to 16:
The National Examination Board (NEB) has decided to conduct the Class 12 examination from the Home Center. A meeting of the board held on 2nd Kartik 2077 BS decided to conduct this year's examination from the home center as the risk of corona infection is increasing, said board spokesperson Jung Bahadur Aryal.
The board has also made public the schedule of conducting the examination on Wednesday, starting from 9th Mansir 2077 and ending on 16th Manshir 2077. As class 12 is the basis for entering the university, students will have to go to their respective examination centers and take the exam. Spokesperson Aryal said that the board has made all preparations to conduct the examination by issuing Secondary Education Passing Examination (Class 12) Student Assessment, Examination Operation, Management, Archiving, and Certification Procedure 2077 BS.
‘In this year’s Class 12 exam, 40 percent marks are written. The board has decided to add 40 percent marks to the Class 11 examination and 20 percent marks to the internal assessment of Class 12 examinations, 'said spokesperson Aryal. The home center has been set up at 4,105 for 433,180 candidates.
He added that the board has passed the procedure for conducting, managing, archiving, and certifying student assessment examinations on November 20. He said that the board has already completed the printing of question papers and answer scripts and all the safe places have been managed. As the board has a regional office in all the provinces, the answer scripts will be collected after the examination.
