Case Investigation And Contact Tracing (CICT) Form For Grade XII Examinee

National Examination Board (NEB), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur published a form for Case Investigation And Contact Tracing Form For Grade - XII Examinee. 

Candidates appearing for the Class 12 Annual Examination to be conducted from 2078-04-31 are required to fill up the Case Investigation & Contact Tracing (CICT) form before the start of the first day. A copy of the sample form is also requested to be download from the NEB's Website www.neb.gov.np for making the collected forms available to the concerned District Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (DCCMC) after the examination.
