At the 26th anniversary celebration of the Local Development Training Academy in Lalitpur, federal affairs and general administration minister Lal Babu Pandit today said that capacity building of the staff should be done through one door system. Minister Pushit said that unity would be achieved only if the capacity development program is done through one door system.
He said that the staff would be completely dedicated to the nation and the people only if proper training was provided by the training providers.
"Training from one system to another does not require repetitive training, so we are now preparing to develop capacity development training from one door system to the next from the buyer to the joint secretary."
Likewise, the Union should not interfere with the work of the local level and said that the local level should be made available to the people. Talking about the contribution the establishment has made to the capacity of the people's representatives and staff, Pandit emphasized that the establishment should become a professional and competitive institution in the changing circumstances of the country.
Executive Director of the establishment, Pitkumar Shrestha, said the training would be modified according to the circumstances. He said that in the coming days, the staff will be committed to the nation and the people by not only training them but also making them aware of national importance.
Administrator Kashiraj Dahal said that the practical lessons learned can be achieved only by practicing what the employees have learned in training while working in the service of the people. Similarly, Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission, Dr. Pushpa Kandel, said that the Commission was always ready to develop the capacity of the staff by cooperating with the establishment.
