An initiative has been taken by Nepal Investment Bank Limited to aware of customers of fraud related to the cyber activity. Our country is in lockdown state from the past two weeks and cybercriminal is taking advantage of this state. Customers may receive anonymous call fostering to be representative from Bank and ask them to share OTP for postponing the EMI for this month. If the OTP is shared then this OTP may be used to transfer the amount from customers' accounts without customer's consent.

Remember, Bank never asks to share any critical information (like Account no. Card no, OTPs, PIN, online account password) and Bank also request not to share any critical information either verbally or through an electronic medium.

If you receive these kinds of calls then we request you not to share any information and ignore the call.
