Balephi Hydropower Company Limited IPO Date (From 16th Chaitra 2078)

Balephi Hydropower Company Limited is going to open IPO issue and sale from 2078 Chaitra 16. The company is about to launch an IPO for general investors.

Balephi Hydropower is about to issue 18 lakh 27 thousand 970 ordinary shares with a face value of Rs. 100 crore 27 lakh 97 thousand per share. Out of the total shares to be issued, 4 percent or 73,119 shares have been reserved for the employees of the company and 5 percent or 91,398 shares have been distributed to the collective investment funds. The general investors will be able to apply for the remaining 1,663,453 shares.

The IPO Issue will be closed on 21st Chaitra 2078 at the earliest and on 31st Chaitra 2078 at the late. Applications for the IPO can be submitted by all C-ASWA member banks and financial institutions and their branch offices approved by the Nepal Securities Board. In addition, MeroShare's web and the app can also apply for the IPO.

The issue and sale manager of Balephi Hydropower is Global IME Capital Limited. Investors will have to apply for a minimum of 10 units of shares and a maximum of 100,000 units.

In the rating given for the IPO issue, Balephi Hydropower has been given ICRA NP Issuer Rating BB rating by ICRA Nepal. This indicates a moderate risk in the company's ability to bear responsibility.
