Bagmati Province University, Central Office, Hetauda, ââMakawanpur Notice regarding application to be integrated and operated as a constituent campus of Bagmati Province University!
Campuses operating within Bagmati Province with affiliation from any university in Nepal, if they wish to be operated as a constituent campus of Bagmati Province University in accordance with Section 9 (3) and (4) of the Bagmati Province Higher Education Act, 2078, Rule 17 of the Province Higher Education Regulations, 2079 and Section 36 of the Bagmati Province University Statute, 2081, should register an application with the Bagmati Province University.
Patronage Committee Secretariat, Hetauda, ââalong with detailed documents, within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the notice.
Documents to be submitted with the application
(a) Campus establishment/affiliation approval letters,
(b) Approved statute of the campus,
(c) Audit report of the campus for the last fiscal year,
(d) Decision of the campus board of directors regarding the operation as a constituent campus of Bagmati Province University and termination of affiliation with the mother university,
(e) Current status of the campus, programs run, accordingly, number of students, level-wise (permanent, temporary and contract) details of teaching staff, their remuneration details, tuition fee details, financial, physical assets, financial liabilities of the campus,
(f) Feasibility study report of the desired educational programs that can be operated on the campus.
After investigating the applications received, the university will gradually adopt the program as a constituent campus, taking into account the justification, feasibility and managerial aspects of the educational programs that can be operated on the campus, and the university's management aspects.
