Arupan Art Gallery Distributed Nanda Devi Khanal Fine Arts Memorial Award and Fine Arts Award:
Arupan Art Gallery of Kathmandu has given Nanda Devi Khanal Fine Arts Memorial Award and Fine Arts Award. Director of the gallery Ramesh Nath Khanal informed that the award was distributed at a program organized at Nepal Academy of Fine Arts.
Professor and veteran artist Radheshyam Mulmi has been honored with this year's Life Time Achievement Award in the field of fine arts. Similarly, Artist Roshan Pradhan has been honored with Creative Artist Award, International Watercolor Society Nepal with Active Art Organization Award, and Artist Diram Palpali with Most Appreciated Artist Award.
Similarly, the Emerging Artist Award Saugat Acharya, Traditional Artist Award Raj Prakash Tuladhar, and Art Media Special Award Deepak Shrestha have been awarded.
Similarly, Arupan Lalitakala Award along with a cash prize established in 2074 BS has been given to new artist Rajki Aryal. A committee was formed under the chairmanship of Keshav Raj Khanal to select the award and honor.
On the occasion, Chancellor of Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, Kanchha Kumar Karmacharya, distributed honors and said that Arupan Art Gallery has provided encouragement to the artists in the field of fine arts and stressed that such programs should be organized by other organizations as well.
