Notice for Proposal Submission: Agriculture Graduates Internship Program

The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project (PMAMP), Project Management Unit (PMU), Khumaltar, Lalitpur, invites sealed proposals for the Agriculture Graduates (Internship) Placement Program as part of the approved annual program for the fiscal year 2081/82.

Proposals must be submitted within 30 days of this notice's first publication date. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, proposals will be accepted during office hours on the next working day.

Required Documents for Proposal Submission

1. Proposal application letter.

2. Detailed organizational profile.

3. The agriculture graduates' course curriculum includes an internship provision.

4. Detailed action plan including:

   • Number of agriculture graduates (interns) available for the fiscal year.

   • Activities include forming an advisory committee, orientation workshops, seminars, action research, and a package of farmer-friendly technology practices.

   • Comprehensive cost estimates for the activities.

5. Audit report and unresolved audit findings of the grants received in previous fiscal years (if applicable).

6. Any other relevant supporting documents (optional).
