The government has announced the launch of Visit Nepal Year 2020 among 50 thousand people.
Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai announced the commencement of the visit year on January 1, 2020, among 50,000 people in Kathmandu.
The Ministry said that preparations are being made for the grand launch of the Visit Nepal Year in a grand and historic way. Tourism ministers from 40 countries will participate in the launch of Visit Nepal Year.
Speaking at an interview program held in Kathmandu on Friday, Minister Bhattarai made it clear that about 40 tourism ministers have been invited to commence the tour year by looking at the number of tourists coming to Nepal.
Minister Bhattarai said the government was focused on the preparatory work needed to make Visit Nepal 2020 a success. The government is calling on all to make Visit Nepal 2020 a success, with the goal of attracting 2 million tourists to Nepal.
