This can lead to diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Non-vegetarians have a higher risk of intestinal and other cancers. Non-vegetarians are also more likely to have heart disease.

Non-vegetarians have a problem of overnutrition, which has far-reaching effects. At present, our body needs a lot of fiber. It works to lower cholesterol. However, fiber is not found in meat. The only thing is that the number of vitamin B-12 in meat. Which is not available from vegetarians. This element causes nerve problems. However, not all vegetarian foods contain vitamin B12.

Otherwise, it harms the body. There is also a large number of people who eat processed meats such as sausages and mummies kept in deep freezers, which is extremely harmful to health.

Grilling, baking, and baking in the microwave also reduce the effect. Special attention should also be paid to the amount of oil used in meat. As the meat itself is fat, the extra oil is affected. Never use meat alone. Along with that, it is important to use fiber-rich salads, greens, etc. together.
