Vocational and Skill Development Training Center (VSDTC), Gandaki Province (व्यावसायिक तथा सिप विकास तालीम केन्द्र, गण्डकी प्रदेश): A Vocational Training Center was established in Biratnagar in the year 2016 with the aim of solving the country's unemployment problem by producing skilled manpower and making a concrete contribution to reducing poverty by replacing foreign workers. The skilled manpower produced by the training center established in Biratnagar was successful in replacing the foreign workers to some extent. Similarly, another vocational training center was established in Makwanpur Hetaunda in the year 2033. Similarly, it was established in the year 2034 in the name of Kesh Kartan training operation in Kathmandu.

This training center, which started in the year 2042 to conduct training in Pokhara, has recently established 15 skill development training centers with the aim of providing training to all parts of the country. Although this training center is under the authority of Bhaisepati, a department level office under the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the Government of Nepal, it has been transferred to the provincial government since 2075 and has been operating under the Ministry of Social Development of the provincial government. This training center, which has an office in Pokhara, targets the public in different places of Manang, Nawalpur, Lamjung, Tanahun, Syangja, Gorkha and Kaski, and provides professional and skill development training in the field of local, national and international labor market and training for self-employment and foreign employment according to needs. The center is committed.

This office has been providing basic 3-month and upgrading, short-term and foreign and youth self-employment related skill development training.
