Overview
Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) (Nepali: स्वरोजगार लघुवित्त वित्तिय संस्था लिमिटेड) was established in 2066 BS (2009 AD) with registered under the Company Act 2063 as a Microfinance Development Bank located in Banepa Municipality of Kavrepalanchowk district of Nepal. SLBBL Permitted to operate service as a "D" class Licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. The main objective of the establishment of the SLBBL bank is the uplifting the socio-economic status of the poor and backward communities by providing Micro-Finance services to female group members on the group-approach basis.
The SLBBL has been serving through various types of credit with credit plus activities like Deposit Mobilization, Insurance Product Offering, Remittance service Offering, Skill Development Trainings, Business Knowledge Development Trainings, and Business Counseling.
This organization has seen significant growth and marked improvement in all indicators. More importantly, the organization has planned to reach up to Nrs. 400 million capital in the near future. Similarly, this organization has increased to the national level and is serving over 71000 clients as of 30th Poush 2075 BS. (14th Jan 2019 AD.)
