Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (Nepali: समृद्धि फाइनान्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड) has been trading informally since 2076 Kartik 1 after the investor's share was invested in reputed businessmen and experts at former World Merchant Banking and Financing Company Limited. It was formally inaugurated financial services by the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Chiranjeevi Nepal on Monday, 2076 Kartik 25.
The paid-up capital of the organization is 180 million. The central office of this organization is at Hetauda-1, Makwanpur, Branch Offices at Kathmandu Putalistak and Nepalgunj Road, Amarpath Butwal.
The licenses of the 'C' category from Nepal Rastra Bank and Chairman of Tika Nidhi Lohani and Promoters Keshavdas Shrestha, Vinod Kumar Subedi, Shivlal Puri, and Expert Director Kumar Shrestha. Pushpa Prasad Shrestha is the executive officer of the organization.
As per the directive issued by the Nepal Rastra Bank to the banks and financial institutions in the year 2073, the paid-up capital of the licensed institution of the 'C' category has already been approved with the regulatory bodies as per the provision of 800 million. For this, the necessary procedures have already been taken and the shareholders of the organization, the management committee, and the management committees are continuously pursuing the reimbursement of the stipulated capital within two years.
Samriddi 55 Plus, Samriddi Grihalaxmi, Samriddi shares of the company are a Samriddi savings account. The organization has home loans, personal loans, education loans, and business loans.
