Nisikhola Rural Municipality (निसीखोला गाउँपालिका, बाग्लुङ) was established in 2017 (Falgun 27, 2073 BS) as a local government of Nepal. The headquarters of the Nisikhola Gaupalika is located in Devisthan, Baglung, Gandaki Province of Nepal. Nisikhola is a rural municipality and also known as Gaunpalika in the Nepali Language.

Nisikhola Rural Municipality is surrounded by Dhorpatan Municipality on the East, Rolpa district on the West, Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve, and Rukum district on the North and Badigad Rural Municipality and Pyuthan district on the South.

The total area of the Nisikhola Rural Municipality is 244.37 km2 (94.4 sq mi) and the total population of the municipality is according to 2011 (2068 BS) Nepal census is 20,611 individual. The density of this rural municipality is 84.3/km2 (218.4/sq mi). This rural municipality is divided into 7 wards. The elevation of this rural municipality is 1522 meters (4993 feet) altitude from sea level.

Devisthan, Boharagaun, Nisi and Rajkut village development committees (VDCs) were incorporated to form Nisikhola Rural Municipality. This rural Municipality came into existence on 10 March 2017.
