Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NNLB)(Originally, Naya Nepal Laghu Bitta Bikash Bank) was established in 2009 as a "D" class regional level financial institution with the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) under BAFI Act, 2006. In 2018, NNLB has changed its name to Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited as of Bank and Financial Institution Act (BAFIA) 2073.

Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has been incorporated to provide financial services to the poor people of Hill, Mountain, and Tarai areas of the Mid and Eastern Region of Nepal. The central office of NNLB is located in Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk district of Nepal.
