Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited was (Nepali: माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक लिमिटेड) founded in 1998 AD as the first regional commercial bank from the western region of Nepal. MBL was started its banking operations from Pokhara in the year 2000 AD as an ‘A’ Class commercial bank in Nepal licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
