Overview
Likhu Tamakoshi Rural Municipality (लिखु तामाकोशी गाउँपालिका, रामेछाप) is one of the local government of Ramechhap district, Bagmati Pradesh, Nepa. It was incorporated in 2017 (2073 BS) by the Nepal Government. The rural municipal executive office is located in Dhobi Bazar. It was formed by merging former 6 VDCs i.e. Duragaun (1-9), Saipu (1-9), Bijulikot (1-4), Bijulikot (5-9), Nagdaha (1-9), Khimti (1-9), and Tilpung (1-9). This rural municipality is divided into 7 wards. The total area of Likhu Tamakoshi Gaupalika is 124.51 sq. km. and the total population is 23109 (2011 AD Census).
